GENERAL

WHO CAN PLAY

FEES AND TAXES

6.1 You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes that are levied on your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.

6.2 When making deposits or withdrawals via bank cards, currency exchange fees may apply if the currency of your payment method differs from the currency registered on your Moonbet account or if a payment method provider processes deposits or withdrawals in a currency different from your account currency. These fees will not be refunded by us.

GAME RULES

7.1 By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the website. It is at your discretion to familiarize yourself with the theoretical return-to-player percentage of each game.

DISCLAIMER

8.1 By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the fact that gambling can lead to the loss of money. The Casino is not liable for any possible financial damage that may arise from your use of the website.

8.2 The Casino is not liable for hardware or software errors, unstable or lost internet connection, or other technical errors that could restrict access to the website or prevent players from playing uninterruptedly.

8.3 In the unlikely event that a bet is confirmed or a payment is erroneously executed by us, the company reserves the right to cancel all accepted bets containing such an error or to correct the error by recalculating all bets according to the correct terms that should have been available at the time the bet was placed without the error.

8.4 If the Casino incorrectly credits your player account with a deposit, bonus, or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical problem, an error in the payout tables, human error, or for other reasons, the amount and/or the winnings from this bonus or deposit remain the property of the Casino and will be deducted from your player account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the erroneously paid amount (without prejudice to other remedies and measures that may be legally available) constitutes a debt that you owe us. In case of an erroneous credit, you are obligated to notify us immediately via email.

8.5 The Casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

  • do not guarantee that the software or the website is/are suitable for their purpose;
  • do not guarantee that the software and the website are error-free;
  • do not guarantee that the website and/or games are accessible without interruptions;
  • are not liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, arising in connection with your use of the website or your participation in the games.

8.6 You hereby agree to fully indemnify the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for all costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities that may arise in connection with your use of the website or participation in the games.

8.7 You acknowledge that the Casino is the final decision-maker as to whether you have violated the Casino's General Terms and Conditions in a manner that leads to your suspension or permanent blocking from participation on the website.

USE OF THE PLAYER ACCOUNT

9.1 Each player may create only one (1) personal account. In any case, the player is obligated to register and use only one account, one address, one computer, and one IP address. Any other account opened by the player on the website is considered a duplicate account. The company has the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately.

9.2 Creating multiple player accounts by an individual player may lead to the termination of all these accounts and the cancellation of all payouts to the player at the sole discretion of the Casino. The player may not grant third parties, including but not limited to minors, access to their player account or allow the use of the website.

9.3 All returns, winnings, or bonuses that the player has won or accumulated during the time the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players agree to return to us, upon request, any funds that have been withdrawn from the duplicate account.

9.4 The website may only be used for personal purposes and not for commercial purposes.

9.5 It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that their account details are secure. In the event that personal data, username, or password are known to a third party, the company is not liable for damages that may be inflicted on the player.

9.6 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which may be a necessary component of the KYC procedure at our discretion. Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding the withdrawal of funds, but if we cannot reach you (by email or phone) within two (2) weeks from the date of the withdrawal request, the account will be blocked because you have not passed the KYC procedure.

ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

10.1 The company has a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions, including but not limited to:

  • participation in any kind of collusion with other players
  • development of strategies to achieve unfair winnings
  • fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
  • chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made
  • creating two or more accounts
  • provision of falsified documents
  • other types of fraud
  • low-risk roulette play where the player places equal bets on black/red or even/odd and covers 25 or more of 37 numbers on the table. (Bets on black/red only cover 36 of 37 possible numbers).
  • or goes bankrupt in their country of residence, the company reserves the right to terminate such a player account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the company, and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. The company also reserves the right and may be obligated to inform the relevant regulatory authorities about the player's fraudulent actions.

10.2 The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any player attempting to benefit from Casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses for the following reasons:

  • use of stolen cards;
  • chargeback;
  • creating more than one account to benefit from Casino promotions;
  • providing false registration data;
  • any other actions that could harm the Casino;

10.3 The Casino reserves the right to close your player account and refund you the amount in your account balance minus the appropriate withdrawal fees at its sole discretion and without any obligation to state reasons or give prior notice.

10.4 In order to verify the player's account, the Casino management needs documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic script. If the player does not have the opportunity to provide documents in the alphabets mentioned above, the Casino reserves the right to request a video verification where the player presents their documents.

10.5 The Casino reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the Casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or other person(s) who has/have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Casino system. The Casino reserves the right to terminate and/or change games or events offered on the website.

10.6 Should you become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree not to exploit them. Furthermore, you agree to report any error or incompleteness to the Casino immediately. Should you fail to fulfill these obligations, the Casino is entitled to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in connection with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.

10.7 Any deposit must be wagered 3 times (the player must bet three times the amount of their deposit) before the withdrawal of funds related to this deposit is possible. If multiple deposits were made without gaming activity, the player must wager the total amount of these deposits before withdrawal. Otherwise, the Casino has the right to charge a fee for the deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole discretion of the Casino.

10.8 The Casino is not a financial institution and should therefore not be treated as such. Your account will not bear interest, and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.

10.9 In case of a chargeback to the account, the Casino reserves the right to:

  • charge the player an amount equal to the player's available balance to compensate for damages and expenses incurred as a result of a chargeback;

  • request further damages and financial losses from the player by contacting them through one of the methods provided during the registration process (e.g., phone, email, etc.);

  • close the player's personal account and/or forfeit all winnings gained through such an action or attempt at such an action.

DEPOSITING

11.1 The website offers a variety of payment methods. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to inquire about the payment methods that are most favorable for your country of residence.

11.2 It is forbidden to use payment methods from third-party providers. You may only make deposits from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets, or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be refunded to the owner of the payment account. The company is not responsible for lost funds deposited from third-party accounts.

11.3 Please note that the minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the payment method you choose.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

12.1 The minimum amount for withdrawals is 20 EUR or an equivalent. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments.

12.2 The Casino reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and to withhold refunds or withdrawals for the time necessary to verify your identity. If you provide false or incomplete personal data, the withdrawal may be rejected and the player account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. Reporting of the actions carried out by the player by the Casino to the relevant regulatory authorities may be required. We reserve the right to request additional documents, including but not limited to: passport or ID card; proof of address (passport address page, utility bill, bank or payment institution statement), selfie with passport or ID card; or other documents.

12.3 Withdrawn funds will be debited from your account within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of receipt of your withdrawal request.

12.4 Please note that the Casino cannot guarantee successful credit card payment in all cases for supported countries, as banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their discretion.

12.5 The internal operating currency of the website is Euro. For this reason, in transactions in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be slightly higher than displayed at the time of the transaction due to currency conversions on the part of your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.

12.6 All bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within three (3) banking business days. Please note that you cannot request a bank transfer for USD withdrawals.

12.7 You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfer may be subject to additional fees from intermediary banks in exceptional cases. These fees remain outside the influence of the Casino and are, based on our experience, limited to the equivalent of EUR 16.

12.8 The maximum withdrawal amount processed for a player is 2,000 € per day, 7,500 € per week, and 15,000 € per month, unless otherwise stated in the General Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP level, if available, at the sole discretion of the Casino.

12.9 If you win more than 15,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 15,000 until the full amount is paid out.

12.10 All progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full.

12.11 Finally, please remember that the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will therefore not bear interest, and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

12.12 If a player has requested a withdrawal of money, but the sum of the bet since the last deposit is less than 3 times (triple) the amount of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to reject the requested withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices. The restriction applies to all deposits after successful withdrawal. If it is determined that a player has applied any kind of strategy to increase the sum of bets without real play, the Casino reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests.

12.13 We may request some KYC documents from you for AML/CTF purposes before the withdrawal of funds that have not been used for service usage. An estimate of the time needed for a withdrawal depends on whether KYC documentation is needed and at what speed it is delivered.

12.14 The company reserves the right to decide which payment method players can use to withdraw their balance (applies to multiple payment methods registered on the player account).

12.15 The player account balance can only be paid out to the deposit method (the same account in the payment method should be used for deposit/withdrawal). The company reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests to other payment methods. (Only deposit methods are excluded).

REFUND POLICY

13.1 A refund request will only be considered if it is made within the first twenty-four (24) hours after the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) calendar days if a player claims that another person has accessed their player account.

13.2 If you have funded your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total deposited amount as a refund for the purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total deposited amount, the excess amount will be paid to you via one of our available alternative methods.

13.3 Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings on your balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.

13.4 If credit card purchases are deemed unacceptable for security or legal reasons by either our payment processors or the Casino, we will initiate refunds for all such transactions to the credit card and notify all relevant authorities and parties.

13.5 To request a refund, please contact support via [email protected]. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days. After reviewing the refund request, the refund may be approved within 30 days.

13.6 Any costs that may arise during the refund procedure are borne by the player.

DORMANT ACCOUNTS

14.1 An inactive (dormant) account is a player account where a player has not logged in or logged out for twelve (12) consecutive months. If your player account is deemed inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10 € or the equivalent in another currency (or the current account balance of your account if less) as long as the account balance remains positive.

14.2 You authorize the Casino to debit this fee from your player account at the beginning of the month following the day your account is deemed inactive, and at the beginning of each subsequent month in which your account remains inactive. The Casino will cease the deduction of the fee when the account balance is zero or when the account is reactivated.

EXPIRATION PERIOD

15.1 You agree that any claims and/or causes of action arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions or any service provided by the Casino must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises.

COMPLAINTS

16.1 You are free to contact our customer service team according to the instructions on the website to inform us of complaints regarding our services.

16.2 Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the Casino's organization if the support staff has not immediately resolved the case. You will be informed to a reasonable extent about the status of the complaint.

16.3 The Casino acknowledges only a complaint submitted by the account holder. It is forbidden, and you therefore cannot assign, transfer, hand over, or sell your complaint to third parties. The Casino will dismiss the complaint if the matter is handed over to the third party and not to the original account holder.

16.4 In the event of a dispute, you agree that the server logs and records serve as the final authority in determining the outcome of a claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result displayed on your screen and the game server, the result logged on the game server prevails, and you acknowledge and agree that our records are the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

16.5 If we wish to contact you regarding such a dispute, we will do so using the contact details provided in your player account.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

17.1 You cannot assign, pledge, or transfer claims arising from these General Terms and Conditions, the use of the website, or participation in the games against the Casino under any title without the consent of the Casino. This prohibition is designed as a non-transferability clause according to Article 83, Paragraph 2 of Book 3 of the Civil Code and includes the transfer of valuables of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition of these transfers also includes, but is not limited to, the encumbrance, pledging, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokering, pledging, and/or gift in cooperation with a trustee or any other third party, company, natural or legal person, entity in any form or form.

KYC POLICY

18.1 Know Your Customer is the procedure by which we reserve the right to request additional documents, including but not limited to: passport or ID card; proof of address (passport address page, utility bill, bank or payment institution statement), selfie with passport or ID card; or other documents. Please note that a driver's license may not be accepted as proof of identity and/or address.

  • Documents provided to complete the verification process are typically reviewed within 24 hours;
  • Documents must be provided as photos or scanned copies. We also reserve the right to request personally notarized documents;
  • We reserve the right to suspend Moon.bet account indefinitely and cancellation of all previously placed bets, bonuses, and winnings if the requested documents have not been submitted within 6 (six) months.
  • In case of refusal or circumvention of KYC/AML conditions (provision of fake, edited documents, non-provision of documents, etc.), Moon.bet has the right to charge from suspended Moon.monthly maintenance fee for the betting account in the amount of 100 (one hundred) EUR, cancellation of the customer's bets, winnings, and bonuses in whole or in part on All Moon.betting accounts, refuse to return the deposited money, block the Moon.betting account, compensate all costs incurred from the customer's balance. If the customer's Moon.the betting account remains blocked for more than 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days and/or the balance is 0 (Zero) EUR, no further fees will be charged, and we may close your Moon.betting account at our sole discretion.

18.2 All transactions made by you in your Moon.bet accounts are checked to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal activities.

18.3 By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to conduct verification checks for money laundering/terrorist financing purposes that we ourselves or third parties (including regulatory authorities) require to confirm your identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing and to verify if you are subject to a sanctions regime.
